Meet the family behind EventRent AZ

Born and raised in Arizona, husband and wife team Alex and Jessica Konrad are the founders behind EventRent AZ. Their passion for creating seamless, memorable events began when they planned their own wedding and experienced firsthand just how important communication, organization, and timeliness are throughout the entire process.

As they navigated the many moving parts of their own celebration, it became clear that successful events rely heavily on strong communication and dependable execution - two qualities that come naturally to Alex and Jessica. They saw an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the event industry by providing clients with not only quality rentals, but also a reliable and stress-free experience from start to finish.

With Alex’s background in commercial construction rentals and Jessica’s experience in the event industry, their skills and passions naturally collided, and EventRent AZ was born.

Today, EventRent AZ provides dependable party and event rentals throughout Mesa and the East Valley. Our growing inventory includes tables, white folding chairs, floor-length linens, dance floors, canopies, yard games, outdoor movie equipment, event audio, and heating and cooling equipment for weddings, backyard parties, corporate gatherings, school celebrations, HOA events, and community events. We proudly serve Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Queen Creek, Tempe, Scottsdale, Fountain Hills, Apache Junction, and San Tan Valley.

What started humbly with just 11 white folding tables has quickly grown into the expanding inventory of event essentials offered today. While the company continues to grow, Alex and Jessica remain committed to the same values they started with: reliability, exceptional service, and helping bring each client’s vision to life.

Giving back is a core mission of EventRent AZ. During the 2026 calendar year, 10% of proceeds will be donated to Compassion, specifically supporting a community in Colombia by helping provide access to food and clean water. For Alex and Jessica, building a business is not only about creating beautiful events, it’s also about making a positive impact beyond them.
